Hotel Granja Brasil Resort, Itaipava

While the hotel has an excellent location and friendly staff, my experience was marred by the poorly maintained facilities which were often out of service. The room had a horrible sewer smell, and despite the beautiful view, it was hard to enjoy my stay with these issues. Overall, it feels like the owners need to invest more in the amenities to match the price.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this spa resort. While the staff were excellent and attentive, the facilities left much to be desired, which really impacted my experience. The beautiful views from my room were overshadowed by a terrible sewer smell, and many amenities were out of order. It's a shame because I anticipated a relaxing week, and that just didn't happen.

The hotel's location is fantastic, and the staff is exceptional, which makes it a real shame that the facilities are so lacking. Our stay was marred by issues like a malfunctioning pool and jacuzzi, and frequent repairs that left us without access to the sauna and gym for a good chunk of our week.
